Budoor Waterfront Campaign
A character-first video series that broke luxury real estate's spec-led format and made a Baghdad development feel emotionally inhabited.

Luxury real estate in Iraq sells on specs, floor plans, finishing grades, price per metre. Budoor needed something the category doesn't do: emotional desire before the sales pitch. My job was to hold the account for a year and make sure the work stayed at that level from brief to delivery.
The Approach
Character-first, not property-first. Each film led by a prominent Iraqi face, set inside the development's landscape, not in front of it. The project didn't lead with product; it led with people who made the product make sense.
As Account Manager, I owned the account end-to-end:
Wrote the briefs and assist in developing the campaign concept and copies.
Managed talent selection, outreach, and negotiation across three cast pairings
Ran production selection and coordinated shoot days
Drove post-production and delivery on all three films
Held the strategic thread across a full year of content and calendar work for 99 Properties and its two sub-brands

The result: A 12-month campaign that turned a residential development into a recognisable brand inside Iraqi luxury real estate, 8.5M+ combined views across three films, organic.
