Campaign concept, naming and copy direction for The Station's flagship fresh graduate bootcamp, built around the Iraqi idiom 'جاهز للسوگ' (ready for the market).

Client: The Station Foundation
The Station Foundation came to Crazy Town with a question every fresh graduate in Iraq is quietly asking: 'Am I actually ready for the job market?' We needed a campaign that didn't sound like another training program, but like a verdict.
We built the campaign around a single Iraqi phrase: 'جاهز للسوگ', literally 'ready for the market.' Slang, street-level, and instantly recognizable. It reframed the bootcamp from an educational product into a status check.
From the name down to the captions, every piece of copy carried the same tone: confident, direct, slightly provocative. Graduates weren't being invited to learn, they were being challenged to prove they belonged.



The result: 100+ signups against a 50-person target, 2× oversubscribed. The bootcamp sold out and ran a second edition (Sales Bootcamp) which performed just as strongly.
The phrase 'جاهز للسوگ' outlived the campaign, it became how the community talked about the program.
